Some demiflora are pretty powerful like that, yeah. Iris demiflora are even more dangerous.
But I think the only way to avoid it is to avoid him. If he's around, I can't really do anything about it if he decides to try. Maybe if I had, uh - what was it, blood from an Azalea, I think? Apparently they can cancel out powers, but I don't know any.

I do, but I don't know every demiflora in the Tower. Like - I was the only Daphne I ever knew until I found out Ms. Needle was one, too. Some are just harder to find than others, I guess.
