At least that should be changing now, though whether it ends up changing for the better or worse remains to be seen.

For the better, I'd hope. And if not, someone still needs to step in to find a way to fix it.

Well. Right now the options are more like, we get a king from a minority tribe who works on implementing changes, or we get one who sets a bunch of humans loose and razes the whole thing to the ground.

Technically both ways of achieving less discrimination. One a lot more insane than the other.
