Madam's son. He's an Iris demiflora, so he can manifest things from artwork - which is probably what he did to make Penny.

Yeah, but it doesn't have to be something he drew himself. He could reach into a painting and pull something out of it, if he wanted.

He liked to draw all his inventions himself, though.
