Yeah. Once we get older, we're supposed to work to "earn our keep" or whatever, but that's not until we're twenty-one.

My parents... disappeared, when I was ten. I insisted I could raise my sister by myself. I just could not imagine being apart from her.

So, yeah.

Yeah, but having to take care of yourself and your sister all alone? That's huge. Especially for a kid.

That’s a little different, though. It’s mostly teachers and Tower staff. I never knew my family.

I don't know. Maybe sometimes? But I can't miss something I never knew.

No, I don't think there's anyone like that besides the instructors. And it's not like we're close - it's just part of their job.

Doesn't have to be your teachers. Could just be people you like and trust.

There's really no one like that. I have friends, but I can't tell them everything. Maybe Ms. Needle, but she and I only started working together recently... I don't know her that well.
