That can be true for all things. Too much alcohol can be poison just as too much salt can be as well.

Sped up? What, you think because we're dead they gave us some magic healing factor when none of our other powers are working? That's insane.

All of us arrived with our wounds either healed or the healing process sped up to no longer be life threatening.

I had a pretty deep cut on my leg that I reopened before arriving here. So either we were granted a faster healing, they have some pretty powerful medicine, or the time between us dying and arriving here was much longer than we thought.

Or maybe those angels or, I don't know, God can heal people in heaven however they like? I'd be more surprised if it's something from us.
